Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Pasteable application on your devices for your own use, subject to these terms.

Some features (such as cross-device sync and paid plans) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be accurate when providing account information and be at least the age of consent in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the period you paid for.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice; any change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice.

• Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
• Don't use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or overload the Service.
• Don't use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of everything you copy and store in Pasteable. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to store and sync it. We process your content only to provide the Service (storing and syncing it across your devices) as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Dsignable LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the app stores data locally on your device, you are encouraged to use the export and sync features to keep backups of content you value.

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Keeping the app updated is recommended for security and compatibility. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date; continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, warranties, liability) remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except to the extent your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
